Soft Echo
I have always believed that trees are silent forms of life, yet this silence is not empty. It carries a deep and inward strength, a calm and steady presence. When I look up at a tree, it feels like the pulse of the sky.
I hope to be like a tree and keep my own rhythm in the long flow of time.
To sprout in spring, to flourish in summer,
to settle in autumn, and to reflect in winter.
Whenever I am with trees, I feel a sense of peace rising from within.
In this quietness
I hear my own heartbeat
I hear the steps of time
I hear the echo that comes from the depth of life.
I want to embrace a tree not only for its fullness and vitality but also because it lives in the way a life is meant to live.
I embrace its energy, its calmness, and its disorder
because these are parts of myself as well.
Its energy is my desire
Its calmness is my longing
Its disorder is my truth.
This series visualizes the spiritual resonance between trees and myself through the language of paint.
